Enchanted Portraits Refund & Purchase Policy
Enchanted Portraits provides custom portrait photography services. Depending on the offer, clients may purchase a portrait certificate, pay a session fee, or receive a complimentary promotional portrait session or 8x10 portrait.
The standard Magical Portrait Experience Certificate includes a fantasy portrait session and one finished 8x10 portrait. Additional portraits, wall art, digital files, storybooks, albums, glow-in-the-dark upgrades, or other products are optional and are purchased separately only after the client has viewed the finished images and reviewed the price list.
Clients view their images either in person on a laptop or by a live online viewing appointment, such as Zoom. At that appointment, the client chooses the image they want for their included 8x10 portrait, when applicable.
Because this is custom portrait photography, session fees, certificates, deposits, and portrait orders are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been reserved, the session has been completed, editing has begun, or the client has approved an order.
If a client needs to reschedule, Enchanted Portraits will make reasonable efforts to arrange another appointment.
If Enchanted Portraits is unable to provide the purchased service, the client may reschedule or receive a refund for the unfulfilled service.
Printed products that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced with the same product whenever possible. Approved custom portrait orders are not refundable simply because the client changes their mind after ordering.
